Earn up to 10% as a money lender

We are looking for Money Lenders who would like to make up to 10% interest per year. We have options for interest paid monthly or as a balloon payment after the agreed period. Our contracts are structured to be suitable for both you the lender as well as us, the borrower.

Our strategy is to lease properties and scale our business and need start up capital in order to do so. 

Lux Pad also buys properties, fixes them up, rents them out and refinances the property. Once the property has been refinanced, which is typically 6-12 months after the original purchase, we pay you back in full!
